Good day. I take this for my memory as I've noticed a decline in my concentration. My diagnosis is multiple sclerosis. I've been drinking this since March, and I've genuinely felt much more focused, enjoying my reading and retaining information better. I take it once in the morning, using a quarter of a small spoon.
